TRAINING
Online, in person, your place, or ours – Lawson has multiple training options to fit your organization's needs. Lawson instructors are certified to provide both application and technical training for Lawson products. These courses can help you build initial product knowledge across your organization and design life-cycle training plans as your business systems grow and change. Lawson believes that training is a critical step to any successful business software implementation.
Classroom Training
Lawson offers customized, country-specific classes to help members of your implementation team understand product features, learn to make set-up and process flow decisions, and find out how to use your new business systems. Training occurs at various times for an implementation: Project team training, transfer of knowledge, end-user training, and post-implementation training. Lawson has developed an entire curriculum of courses that support every aspect of the Lawson systems – from functional to technical, from server to Web, from casual user to power user.
Lawson offers structured training classes at many of our regional offices as well as our corporate office (Atlanta, Columbus, Dallas, Irvine, Little Falls, London, Seattle, Toronto, Washington DC, and St. Paul). These classes are conducted in a training room environment and give each attendee hands-on instruction. The classroom size is limited to promote a strong learning environment. You can also schedule private courses for employees at your location or at a Lawson regional training center.

Interactive Webcasts
Webcasts are interactive training sessions led by Lawson trainers and consultants. These sessions are designed to provide timely, topical information on specific procedures, functions, or features as well as to introduce new employees to Lawson applications and tools. The instructor is available for questions and participants are encouraged to interact. The webcast schedule is published on a quarterly basis.

Web-Based Training
Lawson offers the convenience of our computer-based training courses. Delivered 100 percent via the Internet, these self-paced courses cover training on key applications, features, and functionality. Courses are written by Lawson experts and experienced trainers.
For beginners, Lawson trainers have created a web-based series of lessons to introduce system users to the Lawson desktop and its applications. These lessons are an effective way of introducing a new user to Lawson, providing a strong foundation for subsequent detailed application courses. Advanced users can explore the more advanced tools and features, helping to gain a more detailed level of knowledge and product expertise in the applications.

Web-Based Training Library (WBTL)
All of Lawson's interactive webcasts and web-based training courses are included in the Web-Based Training Library (WBTL). This online library is available via Lawson's support site and has over 300 courses which are continually enhanced based on your training needs and requests. You can enroll in individual courses as you need them, or get the annual service which gives your organization access to the entire library. This helps your employees get beyond their surface knowledge and become more proficient with your Lawson software.

End-User Training
Training employees properly is a major contributor to a successful system implementation. Our trainers can manage the job for you, or we can support your internal training efforts.
